I have allergy rhinitis. I was prescribed a nasal steroidal which did decrease PND but I think it did not help with BB. Please let me know if it helped you,maybe I will try using it again. Allergy medications like Antihistamines ie Claritin, Allergra, Zyrtec etc, give you dry mouth. I have dry mouth as stated earlier and I use Biotene toothpaste, mouthwash, gel which helps some.
