There are white spots on my arms anyone know what this could be?
Also feels like there is something stuck in my throat hard to swallow
and i sleep alot and for some reason i eat tons and gain no weight and ive noticed there is alot of white crap on my tounge what would cause all of this? i do have very bad allergies and take zyrtec i do smoke and drink alot of caffine soda,coffee and so on thanks..
