Good morning bshea.
Please read the post to "hopefloats" on the thread "scared, alone, and hurting". Day 3 can be hard on some people. Just remember that all you have to do today is MAKE IT THROUGH DAY 3 - PILL FREE. Then, your on day 4. I know it sounds simple, but instead of focusing on your long term goal (to be completely free of pills), you may find it more realistic to believe that you can make it through one day instead of your WHOLE life. That's an easier "pill" for me to swallow!
As far as Zyprexa and Effexior (please excuse the spelling), I thought that these were antidepressants. Do they help with your w/d's?
