HI Shelley! 6 in 16 years? Wow, that's really lucky! I decided that I would definitely take Valtrex...if I can get a doctor to prescribe it to me! My blood test for Herpes 1 & 2 was negative, although it MAY have been too soon. I have another appt. Friday morning; I've been to the clinic three times in three weeks now! I don't have the typical sores or blisters, but I get extreme pain and itchy, and a tingly, burning, painful sensation that runs up my leg. Can't wait to try an antiviral. I've been using Zovirax ointment which helps, but now I'm out. Thanks for the reply!
