Thanks for your reply Quincy. I do have an appointment with my doctor on Monday as a follow up on my cholesterol meds (Zetia), so I'm going to tell her that my dad is now losing a fight with Colon Cancer and ask her when I should get my first colonoscopy. I'm afraid to have it, but I'm not going to let that stop me. I've got a wonderful family, and I want to make sure that I'm here for a long, long time for them!

I'm hoping that my body will get used to this Metamucil soon. :(

The exercise part is a good point...I'm looking at Mr.Treadmill right now...guess I have to start exercising more often than once or twice a week!
