[quote]The body will generally self correct if you give it time and eat the right food. You know the types and on top of that lots of water. If you haven't been by 5 days max see a doctor.
I can't last one day let alone 5 days. If I don't pass everyday, I feel horrible and sick. Without something to work against the opiates, there's nothing that will work naturally. I wish.

[QUOTE]Therefore you could try using an enema again but hold it in for as long as possible. Don't go to the toilet as soon as you feel it working, as a general rule the enema should really stay in the bowel for as long as possible to get the maximum effect. The longer it is in, the longer it has the chance to rehydrate the bowel and more fluid can be absorbed.
Also back in days before chemical enemas were invented if a person needed an enema they used to use plain water (warm) flushed into the bowel. Again this rehydrates the bowel and can work just as well as chemical enemas.
Thank you, I will try that and look into the older style as well.

[QUOTE]I am not sure if your man or women as your post doesn' t mention it,
I'm a man. :)
[QUOTE]or try ducolax.
I have tried lots of those and there was no use.
[QUOTE]Good luck, I hope you go as I know its no fun being plugged up like that.
It's absolutely horrible. It causes anxiety and pain. 95% of our Seratonin is in our bowels so that's why after a good bowel movement, you feel elated. It's because Seratonin is released and it goes to your brain and makes you feel better. If you're are all plugged up, the Seratonin can't get to the brain and you feel miserable and wrought with anxiety.
Again, folks, if anyone has any experience with Zelnorm, please let me know. Thank you for everybody's help.
