I was involved in a three month clinical trial of Zelnrom vs Placebo. I got the Zelnorm for the first 6 weeks and did not know what I got the last 6. It seemed to help somewhat. Not a cure for sure. I am sure it would affect some people different than others. It did give me diareha though.
