Symptoms of high blood pressure that go away with exercise... (Open to All Health Related Topics board)

3rd September 2003
High blood pressure is usually silent and doesn't have symptoms which is why many people don't know they have it. The acid reflux you can take care of by taking over the counter tagamet aka cimetidine, Zantac aka ranitidine or Pepcid aka famotadine. You should also elevate the head of your bed by either putting your the head of your bed up on blocks or by using a wedge cushion to sleep with. A lot of your other symptoms are consistent with sinus problems and/or allergies. Have you considered that maybe you have sinusitis or a sinus infection or seasonal allergies? I doubt it is your blood sugar as you would feel the rapid decline in your blood sugar and you would pretty much feel almost like passing out when your blood sugar drops to very low levels. Do see the soon if you don't get any better.
