i recommend staying on birth control and the minacin i took helped but i had alot of yeast buildup from years of the antibiotic. yasmin works for alot of people but their are some sites that tell you what type of pill helps certain problems. most help cystic and some don't. we all struggle with this same problem and really there is no 100% solution. experiment with what works. hope this helps you
