I have been having a very difficult time breathing for the past few weeks. I was having some irregular heartbeats about a week ago,:confused: along with some problems of getting a deep breath in and my Dr put me on an inhaler called Xopenex HFA which I use 3 or 4 times a day. My problem is that I cannot get a "deep breath" down in my lungs. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does I struggle until I get that deep breath into my lungs. I have had a stress test, I've worn a heart monitor for 2 days, and recently had a Echo- Cardiogram, which I haven't gotten the results yet. Can anyone tell me why I still am having problems getting a deep breath in? My Dr. also said he would do a Pulmonary Function test. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
