I am a dancer. I take at laest 15 hours of dance a week. I take albuterol 30 min. before I dance. I also take xopenex via nebulizer 2 times a day, advair 250/50, singulair, and allegra

It acts up sometimes...but overall it seems to be controlled pretty well.
