I am 7 weeks post surgery and I couldn't feel better. I had a TAH BSO
and after about a week after surgery I was amazed at how good I felt. I had had two cysts on each ovary for over a year and they were getting pretty big, not to mention two trips to the ER due to extreme pain, so I finally said "Take Everything!" I went into instant surgical menopause but began the Vivelle Dot (hormone patch) and I have never had a hot flash! My only complaint is that I still have some swelling above the bikini incision.
At four weeks I was given the okay to do everything BUT vacuuming! I had to wait ix weeks for that...Darn! hehe;)
Good luck on June 13th...the worst part is the waiting!!!:(
