Have you had any tests run to find out reasons or what hormones are low?
I am panhypopituitary - that is, I have to replace most of my hormones by other means. I use mostly synthetic but choose formulations as close to what the body makes and some bio-identicals.
Bio-identicals are good... but with testosterone and estrogen - they are often in gel form, need to be applied often, have an odor that troubled I know one person I know of (the man in a bottle was musky LOL), and absorbtion is sometimes uneven since it is done through the skin. So I switched. Some natural formulas are great drugs like armour, but contain too high a ratio of T3 for most people. So I cannot take that so I take a synthetic and a T3 that I can control the dose better.I use an estrogen patch - vivelle dot that I really like. Androgel. So it all depends really on what goes best with your body.
I hope you can find the reasons for your decrease in stamina and get it resolved.. it is frustrating.
