Hi all :wave: --Just have a question (I usually post on the thyroid board)--I had a hysterectomy 9 years ago and had terrible migraine headaches and depression from the supplements I had taken, which was just about all of them--Premarin, Climara patch, Vivelle, and Estratest. Needless to say, I braved through it and stopped having hot flashes, which weren't too bad to begin with. Naturally, I went from 136 to over 200 lbs in about 3 years. My gynecologist said there is no way to test your hormones because you've already had the hysterectomy. With all the talk about estrogen dominance, is there any test that can be done to check your hormones to see what you're lacking in after the fact? I'd love your feedback. Thanks so much!! :angel:
