I have had, X-ray's, MRI, Vioxx (no longer can take it), Muscle Relaxants, Ibuprophen, Neck Traction, Home Traction, Accupunture, and Steroid Cortisone Shots in my bulged disk and NOTHING, absolutely NOT one of them have helped. Accupunture is a JOKE. Sorry to the other reader, but I went many times and it made my neck and arm worse! :nono:

Anyway, I am on my way to the chiropractor because before any type of surgery I am going to exhaust all my other choices.
