Creeky, if you feel your addicted get help...period. I guess I differ from jeffie and John 3:16 in that I met my addiction head on, I declared war on it. So, call your addiction a dependancy or a craving, whatever you like. But if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck; it's a duck you know what I mean? Once you speak to your doctor about this issue, he is going to review your record, and get a pharmacy report, so you can get caught up in semantics if you want, but your doctor will know if your addicted or not. In my humble opinion, you should be painfully honest with your doctor, or find another doctor, but do be honest. You can find other ways to treat your pain at a pain clinic as I have. I use vioxx and neurontin and though it doesn't work as well as percocet, it reduces the pain considerably. If you aren't honest with your doctor, you could end up bouncing in and out of this opiate addiction for the rest of your life. It's your call. I guess my style is not for everyone, but I just don't see the sense in stringing this out longer than you need to. It is damaging to your health, your family, and your self esteem. But hey, that's just me. I wish you the best.
