I agree with Timber that you may have bronchitis, but I think it could well be bronchial asthma.(Certainly sounds like Asthma).
You will need to get it seen to as you may need an antibiotic as well as some medication to help you breathe better. Maybe a Ventolin puffer or similar. A dr can do a test to see what your "airflow" is and treat you accordingly. It actually sounds like you are quite sick and should not delay in visiting the dr. It's no wonder you are tired.
