No list would be complete without the long-acting Corgard (nadolol) with it's 3 day half life, it can make atenolol seem like a PEP pill once the levels of nadolol accumulate high enough (each day's pill adding to the ones before.)

ALL of the ACE inhibitors belong on the list becasue of the frequency of endless coughing...my personal experience was with Vasotec (enalapril.)

And for it's dismal results BP-wise, I'd add Cozaar (losartan.)
