Pills to slow hair down? (Hair Problems board)

14th February 2007
It is biologically impossible for hair that has been properly waxed to grow back in 3 days. Either the hair broke during the waxing, rather than coming out with the roots intact, or hair that had been previously dormant was coming through.

Vaniqa doesn't help coarse hair.

Only electrolysis can permanently remove white hairs. Also, an electrologist is more experienced with knowing what is a normal amount of hair for different age groups. At 74, a hormone imbalance, other than diabetes, insulin resistance, or hypothyroism, isn't likely. Tumors, possibly.

Is the same true for plucking because when I pluck, my hair starts growing in like 2 or 3 days later?
