when i get one i end up with three al lin the same place. takes months to go away. what i have done for years is take valtrex as soon as i feel the tingle beefore anything comes out and it stops it in it's tracks. has worked for me also at keeping them down to once a year in comparison to 6 times a year that i used to get them.
