Ok, so I have another question. I know that I have shingles but I don't have too much pain. My back is still sore but bad. My rash has changed from itching to burning, but it's not too bad. I had more pain on Thursday and Friday, but I could handle it. I don't know if I have a "mild" case or what because when people talk about shingles they say it's very painful. I'm on valtrex so maybe that is helping but from what I read it's best to get on some medicine no later than 3 days after symptoms. I had symptoms for four days before I started the valtrex. Maybe I'm lucky, I was just wondering if this is normal or not. Or maybe it will get worse, I don't know. Anyone hear of a case of shingles like mine?
