I too took Valium 10 mgs 3 x a day. It did help the small compenent ... fact it was really all nerve pain. They stopped the Valium and put me back on Ativan 1mg 2x daily with was like ... taking water after the Valium . I had been taking it for years for Panic and Anxiety ...
