I'm sorry you are still in the thick of it. Did you have a look at the books I recommended? They are such a comfort and a great self help tool. Many things set people off into the panic/palpitation cycle..for you it was the ultracet. As we said before, it could have been any opiate....this isn't just a tramadol issue. I still maintain that it is your acute fear of your symptoms that are feeding your problem....the books explain it so well and teach you how to get out of it. Hang in there and remember...your tests were encouraging and you don't have anything wrong that will harm you. Panic and palpitations can be so annoying...don't allow it the power to be any more than that. If you learn to shrug it off I guarantee you it will slowly abate and eventually cease to be an issue for you. And even when it tries to rear it's ugly head, you won't care and it won't get out of hand. Please read the books..it could be your answer.
