The side effects for all birth control pills are pretty much the same. The most common complaints are bloating, nausea, cramping, bleeding, acne, and loss of libido. Common positive side effects are lighter and shorter periods, less acne, lightened cramps, regular cycles, etc.

It's a trial and error process. You just have to try a brand to see how it works for you. It's not uncommon to try a few different brands before finding one that works best for you.
