I would recommend switching to another pill when you are finished your second month. I have the same side-effects as you and I can't take it another month. I don't agree that all pills cause breakthrough bleeding the first three months. I was on Triphasil 28 in the past, which was wonderful , no cramps, mood swings or breakthrough bleeding. I am switching back to that. Good luck!
