I have been under a lot of stress/anxiety of late and have noticed that my blood pressure and heart rate tend to be lower than usual at times. My normal blood pressure is usually around 120/70 with a heartrate of around 70-80. Lately, my pressure has gone down as low as 103/57 with a heartrate of 57-62. It's not always, but it makes me very nervous. The doctor also has me on 40mg Zocor and 145mg Tricor for high triglycerides. I thought that maybe one or the other or the combination of the two may have something to do with it. However, it seems that my pressure goes down when I'm extremely nervous. Is this normal?
