My three year old daughter has also been diagnosed with Eczema, her doc perscrbed Triamcinolone which has worked like a miracle her skin has been so bad since she was one but over this last summer just got so bad that it looked like scrapes all over her legs. This ointment works so wonderful and for the rest of her body I use cortazone creams that also work well and the best lotion to use is Eucerin. If your daughters skin isnt really that bad then Eucerin should work fine. Also since your daughter is three the cortazone cream wont hurt her so you don't have to worry about that.
