I don't have a terrible acne problem.
My problem is that more often than not that when I get acne it always leaves red marks.

I started going to the dermatologist this past July. He quickly put me on Tretinoin, which I've been on for 3 months. It hasn't really helped me as of yet. My red marks are still there. My last time at the dermatologist he told me that Tretinoin was opening up my pores, but wasn't getting the job all the way done, so he prescribed me Duac Topical Gel for the day time.

My question is has anyone used it before with success?
