Just wondering if anyone has used this before and the results.

I saw it in Cosmo and decided to pick it up at WalMart. I've only used it once so far and the directions say to use it nightly for 5 days, take a week off then use it 1-3x weekly ongoing. The only thing I noticed and wasn't sure of was it said to discontinue use of any medications that contain glycolic or salycilic acids and tretinoin products one day prior and one day after. I wonder if that means everytime you use it or just in that first week????
