I have the same reaction with almost ALL antidepressants...EXACTLY. i take trazodone at nite for an antidepressant. Otherwise id never be able to take one. ive tried a lot of them and they all have whacked me out. And i gave them the alotted time so I could see if they worked. It was hell. Some ppl may have problems with certain meds...I can see sticking it out for a while to see if they work, but if they dont, then you shouldnt feel bad because they dont...
I believe that this could happen because it has to me....Id never go as far as to say it is in your head because I KNOW how they affect me. Everyone is different. I cannot take antidepressants, period, unless it is one i can take at night. Im so sorry that happened to you, because when I was trying out different ones, it was horrible. I remember having to have someone go pcik up my child from school, and at worst come and get me for errands that I couldnt run, and was miserable. It sucks...
