I would love to take a hot bath. I'm afraid of my bathtub. It's a long story but it involves millipedes and an insect phobia. Best not to ask really.

This time, ambien and ativan. Done hydro w/d, too though. Pretzels are about the only thing I can eat at first during w/d. Pretzels and coca-cola (caffeine-free).

Buspar is a non-benzo, but it doesn't really work for me that well. I'm going off it now, too. I was hoping it would help me through the w/d anxiety.

I've been taking huge amounts of advil. Tylenol PM doesn't really help me sleep, it just makes me really groggy and awake. I was prescribed trazodone (sp?) for sleep during the detox but I think I had a paradoxical reaction to it, I would get really tired at first and then zoom, wide awake. I did sleep eventually though last night, first time in a few days, that's good. Makes me not dread tonight so much. :)
