hi to all I am new to this but needs must
well my story starts on the 26th oct 2007 I was taken to hospital feeling dizzy weak sweaty and a nervous wreak, I was diag with vertigo got the tabs for this then 2 weeks later back in hospital diag with ear infection that brought the vertigo on worse given antibiotics, thought I'd better go to dr told him what was going on and the fact I'd lost my mum in september, he suggested I come off my meds and go on hrt did this felt not to bad for about a week during this whenever I got up in the night for a pee on returning to bed my heart would start pulpatating and I'd sweat like mad with this overwhelming feeling rushing through my body, this got worse what a state I was in, hence i was taken to hospital again this time i was told i could not breath i said i have never had a problem breathing next thing i know a nebuliser was put on me and i was diag with asthma given steroids anti biotics and 2 inhalers and told i'd be on them a long time also an xray was taken on leaving, I went to my dr and he said i had a chest infection and i had to join the asthma clinic, took my meds as directed had another visit at the dr as was still not feeling any better he put me on anti depressant, ended back in the a & e another chest xray as i had develope an acute burning in my chest i was given tabs for my stomach
and tramadol for the pain in my chest and not forgetting gaviscon yuk and ask to go for endoscopy from my dr, next night back in hospital as your not ment to take tramadol with anti depressants
so they gave me gaviscon and told me i did not have asthma and sent me home a wreak, I just started to get worse i started to get these severe pulpatations on turning over and they would last all night went to dr asked for referal for endoscopy he just gave me more meds for my stomach and said thats what i'll be given after an endoscopy, I ended up at the emergecy dr at the hospital he diag me with whatever tony blair had with his heart and put me on the heart tab and he advised a cardiactric observation went to docs for the referal and got told to double my anti depressants and i'd be fine no i was not i went back to the docs and got the referal for the cardiactric observation had that done on wednesday my stress test was good but what the doc was more worried about was why i was on the heart tabs with no cadiactric evidence and every time i have been in hospital my ecgs and all that stuff has been a ok i am still waiting to find out whats wrong with me !
