I have a few ailments which I feel are connected, but am not sure

Hiatus hernia (with tear and inflammation)
TMJ
Acid reflux
IBS
PMS

My main problem at the moment is sore (ish) throat with ear pain, sore hard palate and sore on lip. My whole mouth feels kind of dry and sore, made worse by mainly cold things (they irriated the roof of my mouth and throat. Then when I have swallowed whatever I am eating I get pain from the hernia and then the IBS kicks in.
I have tried loads of meds including Nexium, Zoton, Gaviscon, Ibuprofen, Tramadol etc etc.
Has anyone else experienced this sequence of events???
