I have alot of the same symtoms as you do.. but i am 45 and a smoker.. dont drink or do drugs. I have had almost every test know on my heart and all they ( dr's) can tell me is it is panic attacks. They did give me Toprol xl 50 mg and it has helped the chest pain and the palpatations.. Hope this helps you in some way....:angel:

seems strange because toprol is prescribed for angina and hypertension. why would they prescribe that for panic attacks? and why would it help it if it were just merely panic attacks? are you sure that the chest pain isnt causing panic attacks?
