I didn't read the second article thoroughly, so I'm not clear on the drug/drug interactions. Food/drug interactions should also be looked into. Try the drugs.com site for this, they have the best interaction guide. Another way to check for possible interactions is to determine which organ uses the med. For example, any med that's metabolized by the liver means that grapefruit should be avoided and that other liver-metabolized compounds can accumulated at an increased rate.
The Wellbutrin appears to be an extended-release med. My personal experience with time-release meds has been that they're usually not the right dosage for my body. My body just doesn't clear/metabolize the meds according to the manufacturer's schedule. [Most med dosages are calculated for an average weight of 150-170 lbs.]
