[QUOTE=lindz34;3311062]the st johns warts normally comes in the dose of 300mg and it is usual to take 1 tablet three times a day, this will take up th 6 weeks to get into your system, and when you feel it is helping you can drop down to twice a day and then you have back up if you need to increase the dose at any time and I do feel it is a great help medication if you want to stay away from prescription medication lindz xx
But beware: You shouldn't use St. Johns Wort with contraceptive pills (you may get pregnant), warfarin and digoxin for blood clots, cylcosporin after heart transplants, and theophylline for severe asthma and chronic bronchitis (because St. Johns wort will affect concentration of these medicines in your body)
