Uff-Da,
Maybe it's just me but I always bristle at the thought of needing to take normal foods in pill form so that vitamin companies can get richer selling useless products. If we don't eat our coffee, eggs and chicken in pill form why take tea that way?
Perhaps on an extended voyage to one of the moons of Jupiter, green tea pills might be a good idea, but on Earth I think a cupful at a time is the better way to get it. After all why forgo the pleasure of a tasty beverage? :D
How much caffeine is in one of those Rexall's 315 mg. tea-caps? Do they mention theophylline?
