Years ago, when I was just taking Theophylline, I would have my albuterol inhaler in my pocket at the gym and I would have to hit that thing constantly. Right now I am taking Advair, Atrovent and Singulair. I did the stair climber today for 15 minutes and walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes (10 years ago, I would've been on the floor after 20 minutes of aerobic activity). I haven't touched my albuterol inhaler in about 2 weeks. I felt no shortness of breath today and I never even thought about my inhaler. So I think the inhaled steroids are definately helping me.

Thats great news Monacks! Amazing to hear the theophylline never worked for your EIA (since its more related to Albuterol than steroids!). Well I've been on my steroids for 1 full day now and everythings ok (although i had a slight headache and took 1 ventolin puff last night!)
