Hello! Just wanted to introduce myself.
I am 38 yrs old and have asthma for about 15 years. I had very brittle asthma for the first 10 years with many hospitalizations and intubations and little to no control. The past 5 years have been much much better [img]http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif[/img]!
I haven't had to stay in the hospital, and have only visited a couple of times! I take Theophylline 900mgs per day, and use albuterol, Serevent and Pulmicort inhalers I have a nebulizer too. I have been on Pred 3 times in the past 6 weeks though..YUK!!!I think that is because I had to quit taking Accolate.Anyway...I look forward to meeting you all. Good Breathing and Take Care!!! Colleen
