Effexor is definatly one of the powerhouses when it comes to antidepressants. It does work for a large volume of people but do your homework first. Effexor is pretty much a long term committment.

Currently I take: Effexor 150mg, Wellbutrin 300mg, Remeron 60mg, Lithium 1050mg, Temazepam 30mg. I have been on this combo for over a year with no major side effects.
