HI CVOOR ,I myself have been on benzodiazipines for 20 yrs , diazepam , temazepam , lerozepam and other tabs , they do the job one way , but like you said they depress us ,we also build up a tolerance to any drug , i tried to stop but no way could i sleep , you dident say much , would you get back to me so we can may be help each other , hope to hear from you, i am now 43 , getting on a bit !
