I have been prescribed Temazepam 10mg for difficulty in sleeping with the stipulation that I use 1 or 2 for max 2 or 3 nights per week but he keeps a very close eye on how often I ask for a repeat script. Up to now I have only been using them very occasionally and not even every week. Since I have been having the problem with anxiety attacks I have asked him about using more of the Temazapam for the anxiety. He said in an emergency I can but doesn't like the drug at all - says it's highly addictive so I am a bit worried (anxious Haha) about using it.
