I would want to know exactly where the t3 and t4 are in the range. If they have been going down and are now approaching bottom, then no, they are not normal. It looks like you're about to go hypo. Your tsh level is saying your body needs more thyroid hormone. Going hypo on tapazole isn't really going to harm you but you probably will end up feeling like crap. I would say, with the approval of your internist, cut the dose to 5mg and retest in 2 weeks. If the tsh is still up, go to either 2.5mg's or 5mg every other day. I don't think you want to abruptly stop or it might backlash. I've had my tsh as high as 134 on tapazole. I had a major backlash when it was abuptly stopped. Next time the tsh got up to 34, it was tapered off.
