I switched from Ortho tricyclen to Ortho cyclen then to generic (sprintec) and got extremely bad headaches. I just quit the pill altogether after that. I was on it for bad and painful periods. It lightened them a tiny bit, but not enough. I have since had an ablation done and a tubal. Much better periods now. Hardly anything. Except the PMS is still there.
