I have fungal toenails on all 10 toes. I tried prescription Penlac nail lacquer, Sporanox pills, Diflucan pills, and another one that I can't remember the name of but it was one of the 3 most widely prescribed. None worked. I also tried tea tree oil and Vicks with no success. Have your dermatologist send a sample of your toe scraping to a university lab. My dermatologist did and my fungus was some odd kind that did not respond to traditional medications. He just put me on Urea Nail Gel (newly approved by the FDA). At my last visit the fungus looked better (after a month of being on it). You put it on the nails twice a day. It is a prescription. Maybe it will work for you. Hope so. krisk :wave:
