Keep in mind that some girls do not do well on ortho-tri lo. Some do. All bcpills are not created equally. Reg. orth-tri-cyclen did not work for my daughter but Yasmin did. That is because of the drsp in it that is comparable to spironolactone. Ortho-tri lo uses a different progestin.
