well...I have used neutrogena on my back and chest. Works good. However I did not notice a huge improvement until I started taking Spironolactone! I have no acne on my chest, back or face...just some scarring. Spironolactone is the only thing that has worked for me. I have tried all the anti biotics, creams, lotion and potions, bc pills...etc. Ask your doctor about it!
