Hi
Thanks for the responses so far. I went about 4 weeks ago to see my Orthopaedic Surgeon for a variety of reasons.
1. Numbness and soreness in my right arm radiating from my shoulder.
2. Pain in legs sometimes at night so bad i cant sleep, walking up steps is most painfull, and after just driving to work when getting out of the car my legs feel really weird light and awkward, dont know any other way to describe it.
So anyway he ordered shoulder mri for rotator cuff and complete thoracic and cervical spine xrays. He put me on the prednisone dose pack and scripts for ultram and soma.
xrays came back fine, mri showed bicep tendonosis. So last week during my visit he ordered pt for the arm and the lumbar mri which i have shared the report. He also prescribed tylenol 4's and voltaren. None of the above seems to be helping with the lower back, leg or even the arm pain.
My next appointment with him is not till Apr 4th and at which time i figure he is going to refer me to someone else I dont know for sure thou. Just feeling really anxious about all of this. And want to find out about all the diff therapies out there for problems such as mine.
