Hi Sunshine,
The mornings when I get out of bed I am stiff and can't move very well. I take my Sinemet with orange juice and sit working crossword puzzles and watching morning news and so on for about an hour. Then my pill kicks in and I can get up and move around pretty good, get all my chores done, exercise and anything else I need to get done. The pill works for about three hours, then it starts wearing off. I take another at noon, but it never works as well as the AM dosage. Still helps, though. By evening I am pretty much worn out, so don't do much. So, in answer to your question... I am worse in AM until I take Sinemet and it works. Later in day pills are less and less effective so I don't feel as energetic. Without my Sinemet I wouldn't be doing much at all!
