:confused: Hi, I have been looking on the internet for something like the symptoms I have, but cannot find anything. I was diagnosed with uterine cancer last year, had radiation surgery with an internal radiation inplant inserted in. For years I have alos had problems with muscular twitching, particularly at night, enough to drive you nuts:mad: and seriously reduce your quality of life.

About a month ago, I began to experience fluttering sensations around my pelvis, like air but not like gas passing. Two weeks ago my neroulogist prescibed Sinemet for my twitching, which is used to treat Parkinsons. The next day the contracting rectom thing started, every few seconds. At first I thought, oh I just need to pass gas, but it did not go away. Some contractions involved air sensations, some actually cause but muscles to twitch. Annoying does not come close to describing what its like, its terrible. I cannot sleep for it, for every so many seconds it feels like air passing. I also notice I have begun to urinate with much greater frequency. Any thoughts are greatly appreciaited?
